We were passing through for a family weekend and discovered a very welcoming place 😊. We enjoyed a delicious cheese 🫕 and a lovely charcuterie platter 🥓. And, just for fun, we also ordered two small desserts, which were very tasty 😋. Thank you so much, I highly recommend it. 👍

Le Bistronome in Auron is simply a must-visit. Every visit is a true pleasure: you'll enjoy every bite from start to finish, without a single flaw. The welcome is always warm, genuine, and attentive, immediately putting you at ease. The service is impeccable, both professional and friendly, with a real attention to detail. But the most impressive aspect is undoubtedly the cuisine. Mountain dishes are elevated with finesse and generosity. Each plate is flavorful, perfectly executed, and showcases high-quality ingredients. You can feel the passion in the kitchen, and it's evident in every bite. It's an experience that leaves you speechless, as everything is so well done. A place you'll gladly return to, again and again. Bravo to the entire team!

The Raclette and fondues where delicious, but the portions are huge, a 2 person Raclette and a 2 person fondue were enough for 6 people. The servers are kind although at peak time the wait can be up to an hour. Would recommend!
