This is definitely an inn not to be missed, and it's every bit as good as any other. Chef Bruno's reputation for his famous kidneys is well-deserved! The service is also very attentive and friendly. 🙂 Thank you, and please keep up the good work for a long, long time. Thank you!

An exceptional welcome; the staff are remarkably kind and helpful. The food is sublime, and a small detail that many forget to mention: the toilets are truly spotless.

So glad we decided to eat out tonight! We truly enjoyed a peaceful evening thanks to your kindness. The owner and the servers were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful evening with my son. The food was, of course, delicious and very refined (kudos to the chef!). My little one even got to try Spätzle! 🥰 The dining room is decorated with great taste; we had a truly excellent time! Thank you again, and we look forward to our next visit to Sélestat! Warmly, Lucie and Michel 🤗

Honestly, a very good restaurant! Impeccable and fairly quick service. The food was very good. However, you need to book in advance because it's often already full.
