And throughout the meal, unexpected flavors unfold and reveal themselves… We sail between land and sea with delight and succulence; the inspiration behind the dishes is surprising, sometimes daring, but Chef Yann knows how to stimulate and delight our taste buds. Justine, in the dining room, with her discretion and kindness, orchestrates the service and the guests with a smile. Excellent and surprising cuisine with "all-fish" dishes; the dining room is understated yet elegant. It's a shame about the exterior of the establishment, which clashes with the quality of the interior. A well-deserved star.

Excellent evening with a vibrant and flavorful meal. Perfectly cooked dishes and convincing flavor combinations.
One starter, Embruns Marin, was 3-star quality!
The only downside was the slightly noisy dining room.

From the very first bite, the culinary journey begins and continues through to dessert.

Wine selections are made with the sommelier's expert advice, always delivered with a smile.

A truly lovely experience for a romantic dinner. Two minor points for improvement regarding the dessert: the pre-dessert was a bit basic considering the level of service, and the cider grog served with the dessert tended to overwhelm everything. Perhaps it could be served separately?
