Small, simply but harmoniously furnished restaurant with fewer than 16 seats and a small menu with five exceptional dishes. If you choose from the menu (you can choose from 3, 4 or 5 courses), there is a lot more than just a few options. Excellent service.

Very pleasant surprise at this restaurant where I had the chance to dine. I think (or hope) that the star is not far away. It would be entirely deserved for this young team which already shows a great mastery of flavors.

In a refined setting with a modern and warm standard, we tasted local products carefully selected. The dishes are generous, refined and highlight Brittany for fish and the central Val de Loir for vegetables and fruits. And what about the surprise dessert “strawberry with ibiscus juice, rhubarb and white nettle ice cream” a delight. The staff is attentive and considerate. Well done to the whole team.

Great! Only fish. Mandatory menu. Refined, sophisticated, a good balance between all the flavors of each dish. Reasonable price for the quality and a nice wine list, also affordable. And the impeccable service. Very good moment that we will remember.

Getaway for lunch. Perfect moment of pleasure and delight. From the service to the cuisine, everything was perfect. The annotations during the reservation are respected and reaffirmed. For foodies, an address that is worth the detour.

First fish course was a terrible smell - having worked in the fish industry for 30+ years I had no hesitation to return to the kitchen on behalf of the wife and I. The restaurant worked hard thereafter to improve, but it never quite made up for their mistake. Wine was disappointing. Would not return.

Il y a des moments que l'on souhaiterait qu'ils ne finissent jamais, un repas dans cet établissement, c'est identique tant la cuisine est sublime. Créativité, nouvelles saveurs, un juste mariage des ingrédients et une cuisson irréprochable. Le sourire et la gentillesse de Justine et d'Eva vont de pair avec l'assiette qu'elle vous apportent. Comme dirait un célèbre guide "Ce serait un péché de ne pas croquer cette Pomme d’Or !"

Nous avons diné hier soir à la pomme d'or et ce fut une jolie surprise. Une salle intimiste où il n'y a que 7/8 tables ce qui rend le lieu calme et propice à passer une bonne soirée. Le service est sympathique et sans fioritures. Les assiettes sont très joliment présentées. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'association des saveurs et l'originalité. Il mériterait bien une petite étoile au vu de notre expérience gastronomique. On recommande vivement.

14/01/2026: We received a very warm welcome during our long weekend. Our table of seven, including three children, was impeccable despite the crowds. The portions were very generous, and the value for money was excellent. I highly recommend it.

30/11/2025: The rooms were very pleasant, spacious, and comfortable! Regarding the restaurant, my opinion was positive but mixed. The service was impeccable and friendly, and the staff attentive. Overall, we had a lovely evening, and the establishment definitely deserves its 5 stars. A brief comment on the food, if I may say so myself: all the dishes showed considerable and generous effort, perhaps too generous, which lacked a bit of elegance and finesse. For example, the creams were a little heavy, the fish wasn't deboned, and the Jerusalem artichoke wasn't peeled. This slightly detracted from the experience! Nevertheless, I recommend it!
16/10/2025: We didnt stay, but had dinner - the set menu. We had high hopes, given the price and Michelin recommendation, and while the food was great, it was let down by the service, and the atmosphere in the restaurant. My partner has an allergy which we felt was dealt with dismissively.(we doubt it was checked with the chef - didn't feel particularly reassured). The waiter just put the food down and walked away, and felt rushed. The music was a bit intrusive, the room slightly cold and a light flickering - small things, but all a disservice to the great food. Eric the sommelier/waiter was really lovely and helpful when he served us, but our main server didn't seem particularly interested, which is a shame - the service really did let down what was some good food.
