An excellent and refined meal, attentive and caring service that wasn't intrusive like in some restaurants. Elegance and simplicity prevailed, showcasing cuisine that transcends the sea in every dish. A true delight and a unique experience. Many thanks to the chef! We will gladly return.

The best restaurant I've tried in a very, very long time. It all comes down to one word: elegance. In the decor, on the plate, and in the welcome and service. A gem of Sancerre, easily equivalent to two Michelin stars. Everything is subtle, everything is designed to share passion and balance. A rare harmony on every level; and a sense of attentiveness that extends to preparing unique dishes to order to accommodate an unusual allergy. A huge thank you and, above all, a HUGE congratulations to the entire team. Sometimes words simply can't express the emotion of an evening.
