We were three couples and we all had the same reaction: the impeccable service, exceptional dishes, and highly refined, flawless quality – a restaurant that truly deserves its star! 👍👍👍

Eight years of marriage, two beautiful daughters, seventeen years of life together, filled with joys, trials, laughter, and silences. I was simply looking for a place to tell my wife: I still love you. Let's keep dreaming together. At La Pomme d’Or, we found much more than a table: a journey. I am neither poor nor wealthy. I have been fortunate enough to experience some great restaurants, always with restraint. But what we experienced that evening belongs to those rare moments that are truly artistic, where price becomes irrelevant. Each dish was an emotion, a memory, a story. In them, you could sense love, family, roots, the memory of a grandmother who became her kitchen. Proust could have written it. I, for one, will cherish the memory of my wife, her hand reaching for mine, the sea as a backdrop. From island to island, we traveled until the stars seemed to sit with us. Thank you, Mr. Yann Tournier. Thank you, Ms. Justine Heuzé. Your love sustains us, so please continue to shine. You offered us far more than a dinner: a suspended moment, an etched memory. Your cuisine possesses that rare power of great works: it touches the heart as much as the senses. Like certain paintings or pieces of music, it transcends price to become a memory. You have reached new heights. Exceptional cuisine. Thank you.

The restaurant's focus is on the exceptional fish and seafood from the chefs' native Brittany.  It is, as one would expect, excellent.  There are traditional butter and mustard in the sauces - something I couldn’t get enough of - but also playful Asian references like a light tempura and the use of kaffir leaf. The surprise for me was that the vegetables were just as exceptional: a humble cabbage was so rich in taste and fragrant, I could have ordered just that and been happy.  The green beans, seasonal radishes and courgettes were all mouthwatering and exquisitely presented.  Just pure joy.  And from someone who doesn’t usually eat desert: I had all three and they were superb. Separate to the kind and accommodating staff.  You really made it unforgettable.

A pleasant setting, impeccable service, and of course, an exceptional level of cuisine. Quality and creativity. Perfect! A restaurant that richly deserves its Michelin star.

Very warm welcome and excellent service. We had the set menu, simple but good value for money: €23, and a glass of white wine (Pouilly-sur-Mer and Charitois). Special mention for the desserts. I will gladly return to this place. JC from Grenoble

A wonderful discovery at this Sancerre restaurant. We appreciated the flavors and creativity of each dish. Much admiration for these young restaurateurs who work to delight and surprise us.

We had a wonderful time and culinary journey in a Breton atmosphere, complete with legends and local produce. It was for a wedding anniversary. We'll definitely be back! 🤩
