Great welcome. the boss is passionate about her job and willingly shares all the assets of her city. The cuisine is excellent and the staff are competent and welcoming.

Came to eat for lunch. Lots of choice of pancakes and more. The crepes are plentiful and very good. Mention for the chocolate crepe and homemade whipped cream. I completely approve of this creperie.

As always when you come on vacation, you have to go eat at the Auberge du Demi Sel in Quillan. Very warm welcome, dishes and desserts so hearty and homemade it's a treat. The whole team is nice. So, if you're in the area, book a table.. Flemish Family

We went to dinner, we had crepes and we appreciated the service, the setting, the calm and the generous crepes. Very nice waitresses, who then recommended other places to visit

Crêperie qui propose également des plats de viande très bons et très copieux. Ambiance chaleureuse et service impeccable. Pas d’attente et personnel très gentil. Une très bonne adresse

De passage avec des amis en remontant de Perpignan vers Bordeaux le 22 Mai 2024, nous avons fait une petite escale déjeuner dans ce restaurant ô combien sympatique. Accueil sympa, petite terrasse couverte agréable, cuisine généreuse et d'excellente qualité, service attentionné et convivial. Bref, de quoi passer un agréable moment. Merci à toute l'équipe pour votre gentillesse et votre bonne table. Bien cordialement.

Very close to the Aude, very beautiful terrace when the sun shines and inside when the weather is uncertain...Refined cuisine and an equally refined presentation. Menu formula and diverse menu without being exaggerated. Democratic prices and generous plates. Added to this is a warm welcome from the owner in the dining room and the owner in the kitchen... Definitely worth a detour during your visit to Quillan...
