No wait at the start. A slight wait for the second course, but no problem. Excellent and generous meal.

Everything was fine until the desserts, which were uninteresting and far too expensive (the apple pie was pathetic and the lemon entremet looked like it came straight from the supplier), which is why I cannot give it the fifth star.

Exceptional local cuisine made with fresh, authentic ingredients. Top-notch service, lovely and very professional. A must-try. Thank you.

We come here every year when we're on vacation. Reservations aren't accepted during the summer months, which is understandable. The portions are always well-balanced, affordable, and it's good local cuisine. The service is very courteous. We usually sit downstairs, but this time we were on the air-conditioned second floor, as a family. The cave is always a must-see when we leave :)

We discovered this restaurant during a report on the 1 p.m. news. Since we were going on vacation near Sarlat, we had to try it. And we weren't disappointed. There was already a queue at noon. Yes, in July and August, reservations aren't taken, so be aware. We were seated on the second floor in a very nice room. We were seated by the head waiter, who was very attentive. We ordered five set menus, and let me tell you... EXCELLENT! The service was quick, too. I had the pan-seared foie gras escalope, a first for me, and I wasn't disappointed. Then I tried the Limousin beef with truffle sauce and, of course, Salardaise potatoes. I asked for it rare, and I wasn't disappointed; it was incredibly tender. Then I had a small Cabécou cheese with a side salad. Still nothing to complain about. And to finish, a truly decadent coffee, followed by a discovery of the walnut cake and other desserts. Absolutely divine. In short, go there! The setting is magnificent, the servers are attentive without being intrusive, and the food is a delight. A little bonus before leaving: a visit to the cave 😉 We'll have to go back to try the rest 😆

While passing through Sarlat, we had lunch at this restaurant. The waiter gave us excellent advice, offering very relevant tips (I'm pregnant and don't always know what's sterilized, etc.), which is rare. The service was very quick, and the food was delicious.

A lovely spot that was recommended to us in Sarlat. Local cuisine, a small but very tempting menu. Prices are a bit high, but the food is excellent. The servers gave us great recommendations; in fact, we promptly bought the bottle of Bergerac white wine they recommended :) The place is very pretty, the terrace is pleasant, but there were too many flies (perhaps due to the heatwave, let's give them the benefit of the doubt). So we moved inside; the dining room is very nice but a bit noisy when it's full. We recommend this place.

Like many people, I think, I saw the restaurant on TV. Passing through the area and being a restaurant enthusiast, I couldn't resist going. The welcome was very warm, the waiter very friendly. My husband had the cassoulet, which he found very good, and I had the Rocamadour salad, simple and satisfying. If you're in the area, don't hesitate, it's a great place.

A very good restaurant; the value for money is truly excellent. The €28.90 set menu is high quality, with very good ingredients. The servers are attentive and very friendly; they were particularly kind to our 9-month-old cocker spaniel, seating us in a discreet area and bringing him a bowl of water. We highly recommend this restaurant.
