We stopped in Saumur at the end of April and stayed at this restaurant. We were able to have lunch without a reservation. The welcome was very warm, and the food was delicious. Our order included a set menu for €13, which was excellent value for money. We highly recommend it; you can go there without hesitation.

25/07/2026: Excellent duck breast, lovely presentation, the side of small mashed potatoes was a very good idea. Very good value for money. Just one small drawback: a 45-minute wait for a single course! Despite this minor inconvenience, I will recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. Best wishes. Mr. and Mrs. Marchand, Alençon
