We had a mountain galette and escargot. We thoroughly enjoyed it! The food is delicious. The service is quick and impeccable. Friendly and family-oriented, the waitresses are very kind and attentive to their customers' well-being!

A surprise visit to Saumur, everything was perfect: the warm goat cheese salad and the chicken with mushrooms.
The desserts were equally wonderful. Especially the profiteroles—don't change a thing!
(As a baker and pastry chef, it was a very pleasant experience.) Best of luck for the season!
