Excellent cuisine, I recommend the fish soup. Everything is very plentiful. I couldn't even have dessert. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant owner answered all our questions regarding animal breeding. Thank you for serving us so well.

Very pleasant welcome, very nice terrace, pleasant setting, good service, reactivated servers. Food is cooked on a brazier very well, quantity and quality are there.
I recommend the Corsican charcuterie board for connoisseurs, a real treat.
To do and redo.

If you want to eat local products cooked in a way that enhances the food, go to the U Sampolu hostel.
Their lamb just cooked over a wood fire with roasted garden vegetables is to die for, their mixed platter composed of charcuterie including a homemade terrine, cheese, cheese fritters accompanied by a small salad is excellent.
And what about their chestnut tiramisu, delicious.
The welcome is not to be outdone, our hosts were charming.
But above all, book, because it would be a shame to climb up there for nothing.

Très belle découverte grâce à votre site .ferme auberge typique des animaux . balançoire.pour que les enfants vous laisse découvrir une cuisine goûteuse avec des produits de la ferme ont le retrouve dans l assiette .je suis formateur en cuisine.le Sampolu est une auberge où les prix sont très corrects petites faim s abstenir….l’a myrte ou liqueur de cerise offerte le sourire et la gentillesse de la direction .allez y les yeux fermés.
