22/10/2025: We arrived without a reservation and received a very warm welcome. The vaulted cellar is magnificent, creating a friendly atmosphere. The Burgundy snails with butter and garlic were delicious. For the main course, I was pleasantly surprised by the mastery of the beef bourguignon. The crème brûlée was also very well executed. The service was a bit slow, but the waitresses' good humor made up for it. In summary, a good restaurant in the center of Beaune, with an unusual and warm setting, and well-executed cuisine in generous portions.
