What you do is magnificent and your cuisine needs nothing other than the recognition of your customers and that is the case it seems to me…

A very nice taste experience. The textures, the tastes, the pairings make it a tasty, fun and very pleasant dinner for two.
Small downside, the wine list; not for its diversity and the quality of the wines offered but for the price.... no less than €80 for the first Bourgogne Aligoté. The Burgundians (of which I am one...) will still have to be reasonable and, above all, respectful of their fans. At this price, unfortunately we cannot come back as often as we could without this barrier. Too bad for the cuisine which is very original and worth the detour.
A little decoration effort could also advantageously enhance this experience which remains very pleasant. THANKS.

Well received, great culinary experience as well. Server a little hesitant about explaining the plates. Pâté en croute to obviously recommend, exceptional choice of cheese.

We had dinner at Benaton at the end of November 2023. This restaurant is located near the city center of Beaune and adjoins the Fallot mustard factory.
The service is attentive, the staff is smiling and attentive. We appreciated the oenologist's advice on the wine list (natural wine at ideal temperature, i.e. close to 10° for Burgundy red, carefully decanted).
The food was delicious while still being light. The star is well deserved. The only notable negative point about the indoor room is the noise, a small acoustic arrangement would be ideal. We will come back.

Belles assiettes, toutes avec le même accompagnement. Je ne comprends pas le besoin de servir le vin glacé. Dommage pour de si bonnes bouteilles.
Nous nous attendions à mieux au niveau de l’ambiance et du service pour un restaurant étoilé Michelin.

Wir haben hier recht spontan mit unseren Kindern gespeist. Bis auf die Tatsache, daß uns keinerlei Aperitiv angeboten wurde, war alles andere perfekt.
Sehr freundlicher Service, die Garnelen mit Onsen Ei und Miso Linsen für mich ein absoluter Signature dish und auch sonst hervorragende Küche. Duo de Bresse absolut Spitze.
Ganz klarer Michelin Stern und auch preislich in dem Level sehr attraktiv.
