We stopped by for dessert with the little kids. The setting is magnificent, the restaurant very clean, the desserts excellent but the service, although fast, sorely lacks a sense of welcoming the customer. It feels a bit like being in a Parisian brasserie. Damage

An unexpected place in an exceptional setting! Brand new establishment, very cozy, a magnificent view, a dynamic and efficient team, and gourmet dishes to eat after a good hike. The only downside perhaps is the price, but we know that everything is more expensive at altitude. I recommend

Great atmosphere, nice menu, and efficient service.... The St Joseph side of beef combo is unstoppable. We look forward to seeing the new room this winter. Thank you Mélanie and Pierre for this great lunch. Thank you for not charging us the extra coriander!

Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this place where we had never been before the renovation. The location is of course exceptional but the service is also very good as is the cuisine! 4 different dishes, all very good! Well done and keep it up!

Emplacement magnifique au bord du lac de l’ouilette . Terasses avec vue sur les sommets . Service et personnel aux petits oignons . Mais concernant les plats le rapport qualité prix est très moyen . À 30 euros le plat , j’espérai autre chose qu’un demi poulet mal cuit ( j’ai du le faire renvoyer en cuisine ) avec des frites quelconques et une sauce sans trop de goût . Nous avons mangé plusieurs fois dans cet établissement au cours des dernières années , c’est la première fois que nous en partons déçus .

31/08/2024: Everything was perfect, flawless from start to finish. Bravo, we will come back with pleasure for the autumn menu.
27/08/2024: Very good table in a quiet and spacious place. We enjoyed the dishes on the menu "from sources to roots" from start to finish, with particular mention for the arctic char and the pigeon supreme. Thank you to chef Benoit Vidal for his expertise in refined cuisine, and his humility observed during his visit at the end of the meal. A small improvement could be in the level of service where we found the sommelier not very eloquent on the choice of wines, leaving us "a little alone" faced with a plethoric list of wines without any real force of suggestion for the guests who do not take food and wine pairing...

22/01/2025: An exceptional place but with major malfunctions and negligence. Service not up to the prices charged
13/01/2025: Not the first time we have come. We have never been disappointed. But today the kindness of the staff, in particular that of Samuel, pushes me to take the time to post a review. The quality of the dishes is excellent and what can we say about the view 😅. Happy winter to the whole team
