Bistro Sablais sur Chateau-D'Olonne

2nd time for me, I took friends, my husband for whom it is difficult to please him in the restaurant, and our 5 year old daughter and everyone was won over. Very beautiful setting, welcome and very friendly team but above all very good cuisine, starter, main course and dessert nothing was left on the plate, a very good address where you can go with your eyes closed ☺️ (We are from Sables d'Olonne and we rarely have this pleasure elsewhere)

Very good restaurant, I had a burger, which was good for me. The quantities are generous. And the staff are very friendly.

The definition of “bistro” in the dictionary is: “small café, small, friendly and modest restaurant” Our Bistro Sablais is not so small and pleasantly surprising, cozy as can be, the refinement in the presentation of the plates has a rather luxurious modesty I find, they are original, the customer crushes his own guacamole in a mortar, to that the flavors keep all their freshness. The texture of the mango (with its subtly perfect acidity) with the homemade caramelized peanuts in the shrimp skewer salad was divine. It makes you want to taste lots of other things... And as for the rest of the definition, the team is more than "friendly", from the elegant bistro which looks like the actress Delphine Seyrig, to the waitress with a stylish look and voice, up to to their kitchen staff, who all have a pleasant smile. This bistro is chic, from the decor to the dishes, right down to your fingertips! THANKS !!!

Very pleasant surprise, we came a little by chance, and we enjoyed ourselves, unpretentious but delicious and elaborate, the menu of the day absolutely perfect. Efficient and friendly service, outside the tourist circuit, I highly recommend. Excellent value for money

We were guests and we didn't know the restaurant just visually from the outside, we were pleasantly surprised by this pretty interior decoration. A lovely welcome! Very good dinner! Nothing to say but the pleasure of returning there. See you soon !
