Without any hesitation! 👍 I highly recommend this bistro where I went for lunch today with my son. It's true that my Pyrenees trout wasn't the freshest of the bunch, but all I had to do was mention it to the waiter, and he exchanged it without any fuss or argument! Yum, yum, that trout was so good! (It can happen in this heat). We also thoroughly enjoyed the refreshing watermelon and tomato soup. My son was very happy with the duck, which was cooked perfectly and served with homemade fries. To finish: two tiramisu with red berries and pistachios...a pure delight! Despite the slight hiccup with the first trout, I highly recommend it, both for your taste buds, which will be thrilled, and for your wallet!

The €20 set menu (starter/main/dessert) was excellent from start to finish. A great find, we highly recommend it.

A must-visit in Pau. It embodies the true spirit of a bistro: generous portions and impeccable service. Special mention goes to the bavette steak, perfectly prepared from start to finish. The value for money is exceptional (€16 for the set menu of main course and dessert), and you can tell the ingredients are treated with respect. A perfect experience from beginning to end.

Recommended if you want to eat near the Pau market. The waiter made an effort to serve us in Spanish. Good value for money.
