Lucky to get the last table. Great staff. We shared the cerviche to start that was light and fresh. Mains of lamb chops and bavette with chips and tasty sauces were really nice. The only one negative was that the high chairs were really uncomfortable after a little while.

Very nice discovery! The welcome is perfect. Smiling and attentive. The bistro atmosphere is very warm. And we recommend the porcini mushroom sauce, a treat. All dishes were delicious. We recommend this beautiful address.

Great bistro in Saumur located in Place Saint-Pierre by the Eglise Saint-Pierre and below the Chateau. Plenty of tables outside for people watching and to enjoy the timbered structure opposite and the church which is magnificent. We enjoyed a lovely plat de jour with local wine, the staff were very friendly and endured our attempts to parlais franglais with good humour. Definitely recommended - only lost 1-star for Atmosphere because of the cars allowed through the Place Saint-Pierre which I personally found annoying.

Restaurant that we highly recommend. The young waiter and waitress were perfect and the dishes were delicious. You have understood everything the customer expects: fresh, HOMEMADE and a smile. Thank you for this good time

A Saturday in the middle of the market. Lots of people, and us with 2 babies and 2 strollers. A perfect welcoming, smiling and attentive. Quick cooking (with babies it's more than pleasant) and good as well as hearty. I highly recommend this restaurant. I would return there with my family after the market with great pleasure. Looking forward to seeing you again and thank you again. Flora.

Great place to have dinner. Loved the atmosphere. Friendly service and even better food. Don’t miss out on the Duck Breast with sweet potatoes mash in fig sauce. It’s to die for!

09/09/2024: Endroit incontournable pour goûter cette spécialité. C'était notre première venue. Nous étions là pour fêter un anniversaire, les grandes tablées de ce restaurant sous terre s'y prêtent parfaitement.
06/08/2024: The fouées are a treat for our taste buds, there is something for everyone, a local product. You will come out without hunger. The setting is atypical with this room installed in a troglodyte cellar. And really warm and pleasant service. An address to remember. We booked for 15 people we arrived at 9. Very understandable server. If you are looking for an exotic place or to have a great time, this is it!

03/10/2024: L'Aromate était très bon… L'INSTINCT est excellent ! Original, surprenant, plein de saveurs, de recherches. Des produits frais… Une cuisine entièrement maison (même la raviole tapenade et trois fromages ! Et quel délice ! Un effiloché lapin/canard aux légumes du moment il fallait y pense… Bravo pour l'accuiel et le service
