23/08/2026: Excellent family meal at Le Longchamp in Carcassonne. I highly recommend it! This is far from a tourist trap: it's a truly local, authentic, and friendly restaurant where you immediately feel at ease. The terrace is very pleasant, with comfortable armchairs, perfect for enjoying a drink or a delicious meal. A special mention goes to the staff, who are helpful, smiling, and genuinely attentive. The owner is very competent, available, and particularly accommodating, both with service and opening hours. You can feel a real desire to satisfy customers and find solutions, which is becoming rare enough to be worth highlighting. The authentic decor also adds to the charm of the place. A very good Carcassonne restaurant, friendly and welcoming, with a true sense of hospitality and service. We will gladly return!
