Bloempot sur Lille

The flavors are there, but the portions are tiny, even for a multi-course gourmet meal: the frustration of only being able to taste, but not actually enjoy, the suggested combinations. Two pieces of bacon in one dish, one oyster in another, half a mushroom in yet another… The service is very friendly but lacks professionalism for the prices charged. Quite disappointing overall for the price. The place is very beautiful.

This gourmet restaurant is beyond reproach. The cuisine is sophisticated and surprising, the service friendly and professional, and several set menus are available from €37 to €80. All this in a charming, industrial-style setting. Bravo!

You have to be ready for the experience. I’ve never sat down to a meal without knowing what’s coming - little exciting, little trepidation. Bloempot delivered. All food and alcohol comes from 100k or so, with the exception of the champagne. No citrus, little olive oil. The 8 course meal was a delight. Memorable dishes included the scallop, beef w smoked beets and the sorrel sorbet w yogurt emulsion.

The food was daring but oh so delicious! What fantastic flavors! The staff was very friendly and technically skilled, but the large number of servers made it a bit crowded (hence a 4 for service).

It was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be back! If there's just one small comment, it's that lunch lasted a little too long; we stayed at the table for over three hours.

At 120 euros per person, it's not worth it. All you get is beetroot and red cabbage... And at that price, a carafe of water is 6.50 euros... I won't be back... The only positive point is the drinks.

A fabulous culinary experience! The pairing of the food and wines was simply extraordinary, incredibly refined and delicate. A true discovery of tastes and flavors that delighted the palate. All this in a friendly, pleasant, and relaxed atmosphere. A small, unpretentious spot, tucked away in a cul-de-sac, but offering an exceptional experience. A huge thank you to the service, which was perfect from beginning to end. We had a wonderful evening. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Special mention to Raphaël, our server, who transformed our dinner into a true spectacle! Her genuine smile, eloquence, and infectious passion made us dream. The way she presented each dish, telling us the story of the ingredients and the chef's techniques, elevates the experience to an artistic level. Raphaël doesn't just serve, she enchants!
