Very tasty wines combined with good cheese! The waiter was a bit special but sweet and authentic. The ambience was great!

You have to love the style: we love it. It’s our must-have for each of our trips to Lyon. Small authentic restaurant, very good tartare served with a glass of wine selected by the owner, it was the 3rd time for us and probably not the last.

The place is cozy and the welcome is warm. The wine list is very well stocked, the owner guides us with pleasure and professionalism in our choices. The charcuterie and cheese platters, pies and quiches are delicious. We will come back with pleasure!

THE wine bar you have to discover in Lyon! The boss is quite a character, who will be able to offer you wines according to your tastes. The boards and dishes offered are extra. In short, it’s my HQ in old Lyon! Even though I try other places, I always come back. Long live the BMD!

05/04/2024: Great, I came several times this month! I love the dishes, the place and especially the staff, thanks to this hostess Eva or Eve who manages to find us great tables every time. Thanks also to the waiter named “Hugo” for the great service!

05/04/2024: Pleasant experience between 4 friends. All the dishes were excellent (blood sausages, beef cheek, potatoes, hot sausage, etc.), and served in quantity. The price is very affordable for this quality: starter, main course and dessert menus from 20.5 euros.
03/04/2024: Ptt Bouchon in its juice...that doesn't bother me but on the other hand the boss...not very friendly, smile optional. Madam is smiling Average cuisine, the Guignol so-called sponge cake soaked in rum...I didn't really find this alcohol in the dessert. So disappointed, I had a better experience. Damage
