Well located for a snack break during my visit to the castle. Very good salmon spinach quiche and excellent pistachio éclair. I would have given 5 stars if the welcome had been more cheerful.

11/02/2026: Returning to this brasserie after some time away, I was once again pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the owners and the excellent value for money. The dish of the day (prawn risotto) for €11.90 was superb.
29/12/2025: The food is simple (although the carbonara pasta stands out) but good. The prices are reasonable. Thanks to the staff who are helpful and do their job with enthusiasm. Thank you.

24/02/2026: We went back for lunch and had a lovely time. The crepes are delicious, both savory and sweet! And the price is quite reasonable for a town like Chantilly.
16/02/2026: Thank you for the late welcome; the galettes were delicious and generously filled. We will gladly return.
