We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the staff were attentive and always available. The service was impeccable, with meticulous attention to detail, and the professionalism of the entire team was evident at every moment.
We had an unforgettable time and highly recommend this establishment. We will gladly return!

09/04/2026: I was disappointed by my stay at the Jeu de Paume. A 5-star hotel can't afford to make mistakes, yet this establishment had several errors.
There was a computer glitch during the booking process. So, I went to pay on arrival, two days before my stay, and took the opportunity to request the blue room. Upon arrival, we were given the pink room! We waited 10 minutes in the hallway while the hostess corrected the mistake. The kettle in the room was hidden in the cabinet under the TV, and only three tea bags of unknown brand were provided. We would have preferred herbal tea or tea from a reputable brand. There were no soaps to keep, and only one shower cap for two people. Breakfast was delicious, but the hostesses lacked a smile, and the sparkling water wasn't replenished once the bottle was empty. The spa was a lovely place, but the next morning at 7:15, we found the tissues and candy wrappers left behind the day before. In short, the Auberge du Jeu de Paume doesn't deserve 5 stars.
The positive points are: the bedding, the sauna which is nice and hot, the breakfast items, and the hotel's location, but that's not enough!
