Disappointment++++ Given the comments, I was expecting exceptional cuisine but I tried the cassoulet which looks more like an industrial cassoulet than homemade, expensive restaurant, to avoid

We were pleasantly surprised by this small, discreet restaurant where we were very well received. My husband and I ate very well (warm goat's cheese salad, squid for the gentleman and lentil pancake for the lady). For dessert, a delicious homemade lemon tart 😋 in a rather calm atmosphere. We can eat on the terrace or inside like us. To redo

We did not hope to discover a restaurant of this quality in the city of Carcassonne. The welcome and service were very pleasant as for the lunch itself, beyond our expectations. My wife: strips of squid à la Sétoise (excellent) and fruit pavlova (excellent). For my part, menu: gourmet salad, cassoulet and lemon tart (excellent). Very digestible cassoulet! We will definitely come back. THANKS !

A very good restaurant with good value for money. The cassoulet is really delicious. The boss is friendly and the team attentive. Fast and efficient service, we'll definitely come back.

15/06/2024: Hello! Restaurant on the outskirts of Carcassonne 100% recommended. We went as a family to eat here before leaving Carcassonne because of the good reviews and it was a great success. Abundant, elaborate and homemade dishes. Everything was very delicious and the dessert (Pavlova) was spectacular. Free parking in front. Price, two menus and one for children, €55. Without a doubt, when we return to this city we will repeat at this restaurant.

30/06/2024: Un accueil aimable sans être empressé, une cuisine de qualité, un choix de vin raisonnable, que du bonheur pour cette première expérience ! Du coup, nous y sommes retournés le lendemain pour déjeuner , c'était toujours aussi bon. Et le spectacle est aussi dans la cheminée !
31/05/2024: Very warm restaurant, the waiter and cook are very welcoming. The menus are very generous and very good, we went there twice in 4 days. The cooking in the fireplace, the pieces of beef cut in front of us testify to the freshness and quality of the meat, very good cooking with local or homemade products. We highly recommend it and remember to book.
