Brasserie d'Orleans sur Pau

It's THE best Brasserie in Pau by far, everything is perfect, everything is delicious. The welcome, the service, the cuisine. The prices are higher than a classic brasserie but that's normal, it's real cuisine!!!

Delicious moment! We were lucky enough to be able to eat on Wednesday lunchtime in this famous brasserie in Pau. The new owner and chef has made this little restaurant a pure marvel, both in the preparation of its dishes where homemade is the rule and in the warm and simple welcome of customers. We were able to enjoy delicious truffle deviled eggs (best deviled eggs ever), each forkful was an explosion of flavors. The dishes were just as tasty: cod fillet (a marvel) and vegetarian Crozets. The portions are generous while remaining delicate in presentation. A gem where it is better to book as they are "victims" of their success and there are not many tables, which is part of its charm. The atmosphere is typical of a small brasserie which has become bistronomic. The products are local for many, the typical plates and cutlery, just the way we like them. The details are everywhere, right down to the little shortbread with the homemade coffee and the delicate attention towards us women in the toilets! The waitress is adorable, smiling and very professional. The chef is undeniably an artist given the flavors present in his plates. The menu is tempting and the value for money is unbeatable. While passing through Pau we were lucky enough to be able to eat in the brasserie and discover their cuisine which is just a delight. The dishes are plentiful and very, very good, as are the service and the staff. 👍

Accueil très sympa, cuisine délicieuse , rien à dire juste envie d'y retourner lors d'une autre escapade à Pau !

Deuxième fois que je teste cette brasserie, et tout était au top ! Le service est rapide, chaleureux et les plats copieux et parfaitement réalisés ! A tester sans hésiter 👌

Une bonne petit adresse à côté de la place Verdun. Service rapide et souriant. Cuisine de saison très bonne.

Excellent repas J’étais un peu pressée par le temps et j’ai été servie rapidement avec le menu sur le pouce (entrée, inspiration du jour et dessert) Tout est maison et l’ambiance est chaleureuse
