19/08/2026: Excellent menu. The egg starter was superb, well-balanced with a touch of acidity in the sauce. The fish was cooked to perfection, accompanied by delicious vegetables. The pastry for the raspberry tartlet dessert was very good, with a hint of buckwheat adding an exquisite flavor.
17/08/2026: Wow! What a great find in Pau! A lovely little restaurant, warm and welcoming, with a very pleasant terrace. The service was quick even though we had plenty of time. A set menu bursting with delicious flavors made with local ingredients. Behind it all is one person: the chef.
