We walked past this restaurant around 11:15 am; its superb terrace and numerous positive reviews had caught our eye. We asked if it was possible to get a table for lunch, but were initially told the restaurant was full. So we moved to the side to look for another place. Five minutes later, a waiter came back to tell us he had finally managed to find us a table inside. A very kind gesture indeed. When we returned at the agreed time, the owner offered us a table outside: a real bonus! We enjoyed an excellent meal with a magnificent view of the Pyrenees, under a lovely sun for February. The owner takes the time to visit each table with a kind word, and the waiters are just as attentive. The food is excellent. A big thank you to the whole team: it will remain a wonderful memory of our visit to Pau.

Last night, I dined at this restaurant on a recommendation. The welcome, the service, and my meal were simply perfect. The steak was tender and cooked to perfection. My only criticism would be the soundproofing of the restaurant. Later, when it got quite busy, the noise level increased disproportionately. Everyone has to decide for themselves. I found it uncomfortably loud. Nevertheless, this restaurant comes highly recommended and is worth every penny.

We've been to Le Poulet à 3 Pattes several times now. Never disappointed. Impeccable service and smiling waiters. The dishes are good, made with quality ingredients, and generous portions. One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. The main dining room can be a bit noisy, depending on the groups there. The second dining room is more intimate.

A wonderful time and meal for my mother's birthday. The food was delicious and efficient. The dining room was very pleasant, and the owner and server were kind, warm, and attentive. We will definitely return, and thank you for this lovely and friendly experience.

We were hesitating over desserts, but no problem, we got our desserts and, as a bonus, a sample of the chocolate mousse that had been tempting us! A real gem! The feedback from the other diners was immediate… a chef who clearly appreciates the compliments! Now, let's talk about the food! Quality local ingredients, generous and flavorful cuisine. A mayonnaise so good you could take some home in a doggy bag! A sirloin steak so tender you could cut it with a fork, a peppercorn sauce that delighted my taste buds! As you can see… we were won over! You've just gained two loyal customers! Congratulations to you both! And thank you!

28/03/2026: Exceptional! We were already used to coming here to share tapas and platters, but this time we came for a proper meal… and what an incredible experience! My partner ordered a ribeye steak, and I had a specific craving. The team took the time to accommodate it with great kindness and consideration, which made the moment even more special. For that alone, a huge thank you! The result: an absolutely perfect meal from start to finish. The dishes were delicious, generous, and perfectly cooked. But beyond the food, it's the service that truly deserves praise. Despite a somewhat complicated start to the service (we heard they were understaffed), the entire team performed admirably with professionalism and good humor. A special mention goes to Laura, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. She truly contributed to making this moment even more enjoyable. Honestly, it was flawless from start to finish. We'll definitely be back, and we highly recommend it! Thanks again for this wonderful time 🙏
