Excellent experience with very good food. Nothing but positive things to say, especially considering the more than reasonable price in Pau for an evening meal. I highly recommend this establishment.

Excellent set menu this Saturday, superb veal, top-notch service with the unparalleled hospitality of François, the owner. The perfect place before heading out for a glass of wine at the Jurançon vineyards.

We've visited several times with family and friends. A big plus is the small, separate dining rooms, especially for groups of 10 or more! The servers are pleasant and the daily menu is very appealing, quite good for the price. On this particular day, we did have to wait a bit long for our food, and two of our plates were missing some items. We were understanding and didn't say anything since they were fully booked that Saturday lunchtime. We ended on a very bad note when the bill arrived. The manager told us, "Next time you'll sort it out yourselves," because we were each paying our own share, which must have caused confusion, and he forgot to ring up a receipt. So, there was €29 "missing" to pay, which we had actually already paid. The same thing happened the last time we came, and we didn't say anything because there were several of us, so we decided to pay the remaining €18. Even though they had almost certainly already been paid for... In short, after three similar experiences at the checkout, we decided not to eat here again.

We regularly come to this restaurant as a family and it's always a real pleasure. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for spending quality time together. The ingredients are high-quality, the dishes are delicious and well-prepared. The welcome and service are friendly and attentive. We truly feel welcome every time we visit. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from the staff, who made an effort to speak Spanish and provided constant explanations. The manager we spoke with was Argentinian and very friendly. We ordered the complete menu (full menu for €24) and the portions and quality were outstanding. The dessert was definitely the best of the dishes. Conveniently located, they have an outdoor terrace and you can book online. We would definitely return and recommend it.
