We had lunch at this brasserie, a very nice discovery, I highly recommend it. The tartare was very fresh and generous, and the kir was perfectly chilled and sparkling. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

While visiting the region on October 30th, we had lunch at this restaurant, which was a delightful discovery. For €17.20 for a starter, main course, and dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, particularly the delicious Aubrac-style pot-au-feu. Everything is homemade, and the staff is exceptionally efficient and friendly. We highly recommend this establishment.

16/08/2025: Meh! Doesn't deserve to be in the Michelin Guide... Cold welcome, barely seated with the menus and already wanting to take our order. The aperitif arrives after barely two sips and we're served our dishes! We ate with our kir!! I've never seen anything like it. My dish was €19 for 10 green beans, 4 cubes of white peaches, and I'm still looking for the trout! And the bread, stale bread!! Under the wooden deck boards, a lot of dirt had accumulated, meaning we ate with flies! With all that, enjoy your meal! Goodbye and forever, Aveyron!
