Brasserie Du Marche sur Espalion

07/09/2024: I was expecting a very good experience based on the photos and I was very disappointed. Our server was very nonchalant and I found the staff generally cold. In terms of cuisine, I think there is potential but it is currently underexploited. The starters are disappointing and lack taste. For the dishes you have to completely review the accompaniments. Offer aligot and truffade why not (even if it is offered almost everywhere in Aveyron and we are saturated), but the meats deserve more elaborate accompaniments. We only tried the fries (not really good) and the truffade, which was prepared with too much cheese and too heavy. It's really a disappointment because the setting is very nice and the photos very promising. Unfortunately we will not return to this restaurant.
