Excellent brasserie! The servers were very attentive from the moment we arrived, the cuisine was truly sophisticated yet simple, the vegetables were cooked to perfection (which is rare), and the dishes, from appetizer to dessert, were a delight! Fresh, local produce... it was perfect!

A lovely terrace where the misting system made the 38°C heat quite bearable. All the dishes were very poorly seasoned, the portions were quite small, and the prices were high. The service was average at best, and without speaking French, you felt somewhat pitied. Things are more international in French cities, but unfortunately, in the provinces, it's sometimes still different.

The food and wines are excellent. The staff is welcoming.

We were quite surprised and disappointed by the lobster in Japanese bread. The amount of lobster was small, and the accompanying fries were particularly disappointing given the price. A dish costing over €40 should be presented with more care. The service was pleasant, however.

Sam is a very professional waiter; he anticipates our needs. I appreciated him serving our drinks and checking our glasses and meals. Friendly and smiling, he made us eager to try the meal we had chosen, which was delicious and beautifully presented. Well done, Sam!

A wonderful experience at Brasserie du Théâtre. The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere always pleasant.
