The parasols should have been open. A shame. The courtyard is a plus.

What a shame! We had such fond memories of this restaurant, where we had lunch four years ago. Unfortunately, our experience this time around didn't live up to expectations. For example, the fries in our fish and chips were reheated and not crispy, even though they made up half the dish. Customers who arrived after us were served well before us, which gives you an idea of the efficiency of the kitchen logistics. The service was good, though. I hope this was just a one-off, because it's a shame to tarnish such a great memory, especially given the wide variety of restaurants in Amboise.

Warm welcome, very friendly staff, the only downside was the sea bream – yes, there was far too much oil – otherwise everything else was perfect.

We came for lunch on the terrace this Whit Monday. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The ingredients were fresh and of good quality, and the service was impeccable. Thank you again, we'll be back. Big up Maxime!

We ate at this restaurant one evening during the weekend. We were served very quickly, perhaps a little too quickly, with the courses arriving one after another. We really enjoyed the homemade fries and the bread.

Petit Futé review unrealistic. The food was decent (the confit port), but nothing special, and the Caesar salad, a classic dish, was quite disappointing!
We won't be back, even though the service was good and the terrace was lovely.
