The pork belly was good, the ratatouille with salmon was very under seasoned and felt like an airline meal.

For a brasserie, the setting is already enchanting. The two large terraces, located at the foot of the castle, are particularly pleasant and offer a truly delightful atmosphere.
The food is excellent, with high-quality dishes. The waiter is also very kind, attentive, and friendly.
This is our second visit, and we are just as satisfied as before. We highly recommend it!

We weren't greeted very warmly, but we were very hungry and all the restaurants were closing, so we stayed and waited patiently; since no one approached us, I asked if someone could help us. Finally, a waitress came over—she was a bit friendlier at first—and she ended up taking very good care of us. My husband's hamburger was delicious, but my salad left a lot to be desired. Under the ham and mozzarella there was some lettuce tasteless.

Delicious menu, excellent service, and a great wine list.
They use local products for the menu, and the wines are also from the region. 👏🏼👏🏼

I highly recommend this brasserie for its delicious dishes and elegant presentation. Chef Maxime Sallé delighted our taste buds. A sure bet in Amboise!

We appreciated the warm welcome and excellent service during our meal at this brasserie, served on the sunny terrace.
The waitress was very attentive and pleasant.
The food was delicious! One small drawback: a long wait for the restrooms... :)
