Despite the excellent starters (gazpacho and prawns), we were disappointed with the main courses, even though they were all different: salmon, chicken, and veal. The meat dishes were cooked well, but the side dishes were bland and of lower quality. The only vegetarian option, a ratatouille, was more like a simple julienne of vegetables. A more sophisticated and substantial vegetarian option would be welcome. Aware that we were in the middle of a heatwave, and despite the air conditioning, it was extremely hot in the restaurant.
However, we received a very warm welcome; the servers were very friendly and pleasant.

For a successful meal, three simple things:
- A pleasant setting: bordering an old church, a little away from the ramparts and tourist traps
- The staff: smiling and attentive
- The food: delicious and reasonably priced

It was a first... yet we pass by practically every day, but on a slightly stormy evening, we decided to sit on the shaded terrace in a gentle breeze. A very warm welcome, order taken, a touch of humor, and a coordinated look with very nice t-shirts. Suddenly, a storm hit, a tempest, and we retreated inside into a small, organized chaos. The only downside was the appearance of the fries... not bad, but they looked rather unappealing. The dessert was well-made, though it could have used a bit more rhubarb under the strawberry tartlet. A pleasant evening with friends. We'll be back.
