Brasserie Le Bistro sur Beaune

The table was right next to the kitchen entrance, which wasn't ideal. The meal was very good, the beef steak very tender and cooked to perfection. The homemade fries, cooked in beef fat, were deliciously crispy. The servers were excellent, both in terms of service and wine recommendations—well done! The prices for the dishes are very reasonable, and the wine prices are fair. At the bar, we had five Williams pears at the end. €90 is extremely expensive! We think €12 is a reasonable price, but €18 is practically highway robbery.

Excellent lunch! The chef's cuisine is truly delicious: the pot-au-feu was perfectly executed, with melt-in-your-mouth meat and richly flavored mayonnaise. The wine recommendation was also spot-on. A special mention to the thoughtful staff who provided gluten-free bread. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!
