Very well located hotel. Very pleasant staff. Quality breakfast. Only problem: bedroom and shower room / toilet much too small for a 4*. Really.

Stop looking for a hotel in Saint Jean, it's a little corner of paradise! A fabulous team, impeccable, comfortable rooms, decorated in the colors of the Basque country, very central, close to the beach. The service is impeccable, from reception, to the bar and to room services. Plus the swimming pool and jacuzzi to relax after a day of shopping. See you next year! Thanks again to the whole team.

The stay has been perfect!! both the room and the hotel staff, 10!! The spa included in the price of the room is a plus to take into account after a day of excursion. We will repeat and recommend without a doubt.

We had a delightful stay at the Madison. If the setting, the services and the spa make the hotel a pleasant place, it is the team that transforms these few moments into memorable moments. A huge thank you to Florence, Julien, Maylis for their availability, their listening and their kindness.

They didn't have Spanish television channels in the room, that's why I gave it 3 stars. And we had to charge them the tourist tax of €6 in the Basque country!

Beautiful establishment, tasteful decoration and pleasant and available staff. We have a great time there! Please note: the classic rooms are very small and you quickly feel cramped. Breakfast is good, nothing more. The offer does not vary from one day to the next and we quickly tire of what is on offer. A special mention for the Basque cake from Marion Pariès! The hotel bistro is very nice but the menu is very short and you can't dine there every day. The spa is beautiful and pleasant. On the other hand, it is difficult to use the gym because it is in the spa and it is too hot. I recommend this establishment for a short stay (2 to 3 nights) but no more!
