Brasserie Le Madison - FERMÉ sur Saint-Jean-De-Luz

A wonderful haven for our romantic getaway. We felt very welcome in this charming hotel. The rooms are lovely and the service outstanding.

A perfect family stay in the La Rhune apartment. The apartment is of very high quality and perfectly equipped. The bedding was excellent, and there was plenty of space. The hotel is very well located, at the top of the shopping street and close to the beach. The staff is attentive and caring; a big thank you to Julien for his kindness and helpfulness.

The staff were welcoming, courteous, and efficient. We appreciated the positive atmosphere and harmony among the various staff members.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Located in the heart of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pedestrian streets, the on-site parking was a real plus. Our room was warmly decorated and impeccably maintained, as were the common areas and spa. The breakfast was generous with high-quality products. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Special mention goes to Julien for his good humor, warm welcome, and thoughtful touches. We will gladly return. Thank you to the entire team. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay, hotel right in the heart of Saint Jean de Luz, comfortable room, although there are a few things that need improvement for a 4-star hotel: the closet door wouldn't close, there was no shower gel, and we couldn't find the "Do Not Disturb/Please Make Up Room" sign to hang on the door, so the chambermaid knocked and came in without waiting to see if anyone was home. But overall, a very good stay, we will be back.

Everything here is high quality. Ideal location.
