J'invite un couple d'amis locaux,habitués des lieux,dans cette brasserie bien connue sur Carca.A la carte j'opte pour un jarret de porc accompagné de frites à 21 euros,très gouteux et cuit à cœur,tellement copieux, que j'ai eu beaucoup de mal à terminerEn dessert une tatin accompagnée d'une boule de glace acheva de me rassasier.Le tout, arrosé d'un rouge Minervois de Joyeuse à 18 euros et très correct.Bref,voilà un établissement que je recommande sans réserve....

Second lunch in this brasserie. Crazy character, simple but good service. A very nice cuisine discreetly priced. The cassoulet is essential and a duck breast cooked correctly is famous. No one is wrong except the regulars. A pleasant stopover in Carcassonne. Alright.

Very charming little brasserie, located away from tourist attractions, therefore far from the hubbub. The atmosphere is calm and the staff friendly. The cuisine is succulent with generous portions for a very affordable price range. I highly recommend!

Great brasserie served at the top

After being turned away from another restaurant in the city center just because we didn't have the appetite for a job, we were received with love and kindness for incredible home cooking! I will go back there with my eyes closed if I come back to this city

Worth visiting for the authenticity of the typically French restaurant, informal setting and excellent food, fair prices.

As someone else would say, it was better before...

Certainly classic cuisine, but very good service thanks to the attentive and attentive young waitress.

J'avais repéré y'a quelques semaines cette discrète brasserie populaire du centre de la ville de Carca. (hors de la Cité!). Je n'ai pas été déçu dans l'assiette. Le reste est à oublier. Le cassoulet est gras à souhait, bien présenté, savoureux, succulent… délicieux ! J'ai adoré. Le service, lui, est désastreux. Le patron est fantomatique voire incompétent. Les serveuses gèrent au mieux, courent partout, font au mieux mais sans réelle organisation… Dommageable. j'y retourne et je recommande pour la bouffe ;-)
