An unforgettable gastronomic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, the service is impeccable, and the terrace is very pleasant. Thank you to the chef, with whom we were able to exchange a few words, and thank you to the entire team. Don't change a thing; everything is there! We'll definitely be back!

Briketenia.....the ibarboure Family before the star...what can I say, it is so gastronomically delicious..the First Menu is very complete and already well stocked with virtuosity from the Chef..the wines at prices that are really more affordable than in some canteens!!!! The impeccable service from the sommelier to the head chef, but there is François who will become the spiritual gastro guide of Briketenia...Go there just for your taste buds and your eyes! It has just been redone....sober and classy too

What a disappointment... A beautiful residence, with a magnificent view of the landscape... We had reserved lunch and chose the "Grand Menu," consisting of three hot dishes, a sorbet, cheese, and dessert. The food served was excellent: the perfect egg was delicious, as were the lobster and sweetbreads.... Unfortunately, the organization and service were not up to par: While it was very hot, we were automatically seated on the terrace, but we (like other guests) had to change tables as the sun was coming out.... And the service got slower and slower....an average half-hour wait between each course! We had to ask for the cheese (which wasn't the one we had chosen), and the dessert!!! The same went for the wine... This disorganization ruined our meal. What a shame....

The restaurant can't be topped, we celebrated our wedding anniversary in a really hearty way, we were in a great mood and ate and drank like royalty, and the caviar was top notch 🍾🥂🍸👌

Magnificent experience during a festive meal (Father's Day and birthdays). High-flying cuisine showcasing local products. Perfectly cooked, wonderful sauces and juices, very refined presentation. From starter to dessert, including appetizers and mignardises, it is a treat for the taste buds as well as for the eyes. In addition, the welcome is warm, the service efficient without ostentation and the decoration sober and neat. An excellent quality / price ratio for this establishment which deserves a 2nd star 🌟
