In this heatwave, we particularly appreciated the patio with its plane trees and the inventive and refined dishes. Bravo to the chef and his team for this excellent culinary experience.

Admittedly, this restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside...it's not very inviting. But thanks to online reviews, we decided to give it a try: we absolutely loved it!!! The best restaurant in this part of Guéthary! Don't hesitate, book a table and try it, you won't be disappointed! For a similar price to some lower-priced competitors, it's clearly the best. There's a lovely garden on the other side, and the staff is wonderful! They're friendly, quick, and professional...and the food: flavors to discover! A truly great find, thank you to this fantastic team!

A truly exceptional establishment with flawless execution at every level. The service is pleasant, professional, genuine, and unpretentious. The waiter is incredibly knowledgeable about his domain and the menu, which includes a particularly interesting wine list. As for the food, the meticulous presentation leaves no doubt about the chef's passion for his craft. It's absolutely delicious, the cooking is perfect, and the ingredients are excellent. The desserts are simply outstanding. Everything is made in-house. This expertise, combined with cost control that benefits customers, is another remarkable detail to appreciate. A unique establishment on the "right bank" of Guéthary, where the trend among most restaurants today seems to be inspired by standardized, industrial products (ideal for ripping people off) and ridiculously high prices. Try comparing, you won't believe it! Long live this establishment run by people who love their work and who clearly have more heart than stomach… BRAVO GENTLEMEN

What a pleasant surprise this restaurant in Guéthary was! A friendly and passionate owner creates inventive and flavorful cuisine using carefully selected local produce. The flavors are subtly combined, and the portions are generous. A special mention goes to the homemade white pudding, which offers a whole new perspective on this dish, sometimes bland elsewhere, but perfectly delicious and original here. We'll be back when the weather is nice to enjoy the lovely terrace we glimpsed at the back of the restaurant.
