Arrived at 1 p.m. I asked if lunch was available. Yes, and a table on the terrace was available. Attentive waiter. I chose the daily special. A very pleasant surprise and delicious. Very generous portions too. It's a joy to still find a good brasserie with such courteous service. Well done! Keep up the good work. Highly recommended.

A wonderful discovery at Café de France in Eauze. The welcome is warm, the service attentive, and the atmosphere pleasant, whether you're just stopping by for a coffee or staying at the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. You can feel a genuine attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction. An authentic place that I highly recommend.

I only went there for dinner around 9 pm. The staff was very friendly and the service impeccable 👌🏻 The burgers were excellent and very reasonably priced for homemade food (sauce, mashed potatoes, patty) – everything was fresh and delicious! I highly recommend it ;) Looking forward to coming back! ✨

02/06/2026: We had dinner at the Hôtel Henri IV restaurant last night and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The welcome and service were absolutely top-notch, with a truly wonderful and friendly atmosphere. On the plate, you can immediately taste the difference: fresh, local produce, perfectly prepared. The value for money is excellent, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. It's a real pleasure to find a restaurant that so beautifully showcases local ingredients with such high quality! A must-try in Eauze that we'll definitely remember. You can go there without hesitation!
