A good, quality meal. Top-notch.

We had dinner at the Hôtel Henri IV restaurant last night and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The welcome and service were absolutely top-notch, with a truly wonderful and friendly atmosphere. On the plate, you can immediately taste the difference: fresh, local produce, perfectly prepared. The value for money is excellent, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. It's a real pleasure to find a restaurant that so beautifully showcases local ingredients with such high quality! A must-try in Eauze that we'll definitely remember. You can go there without hesitation!

We loved the luxury of a private room on our Chemin. Our host Andrea was very welcoming and accomodating. The three course dinner of regional specialties was a highlight!

A lovely hotel run by a young couple who showcase local produce. They truly know how to highlight the Gers region and its many culinary delights. I highly recommend this place. And as an added bonus, they are incredibly kind.

We are residents of the area and therefore did not stay at the hotel. This review concerns only the restaurant, which we had for dinner as a couple and which was rightly recommended to us. Ideally located in the historic center of Eauze, the establishment is a charming period house with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The welcome is warm, and the staff is kind and attentive. They serve authentic and delicious cuisine, as flavorful as it is generous, served with a smile. What more could you ask for? We will definitely be back!
