I came with two friends yesterday at lunchtime for the second seating, frankly a very good place, professionals in the dining room and in the kitchen, good dishes just the way we like them!!

I went to this restaurant with a friend, and everything was delicious! The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The food was really excellent, with very generous portions and high quality. A lovely spot in La Turbie for a simple and tasty lunch.

It's great that this restaurant has been taken over by young people. The cuisine is seasonal, with a menu that changes regularly. It's a shame, however, that there aren't always vegetarian options. The food is good and well-prepared, with pleasant service. My only slight complaint is the wine list, with prices that climb very quickly. There aren't many affordable choices.

First time since the change of ownership… a wonderful experience, both in terms of the food and the welcome and service. Highly recommended, and we'll be back very soon!

A true local institution, this very friendly bistro has been taken over by a young and dynamic team. The decor has been renovated with respect for its history, and the menu has been greatly improved with plenty of choice. The service is friendly and quick. Best of luck and congratulations! Among the dishes: LEGENDARY chocolate mousse, excellent pan-seared foie gras on artichoke cream.

A superb discovery! My wife, a friend, and I had lunch at Cafés de la Fontaine this past Saturday, and honestly… what a delightful surprise! An unpretentious, authentic restaurant where you can immediately sense the love for quality ingredients and well-prepared cuisine. The welcome is warm, natural, and attentive—a smiling, friendly team that makes you want to settle in and linger. The menu is simple, intelligent, and varied, featuring beautifully executed French classics. For starters, the eggs meurette were excellent, with a rich and flavorful sauce, and the eggs were cooked to perfection. The artichoke velouté with pan-seared foie gras was equally successful: delicate, indulgent, and perfectly balanced. As for the main courses, we loved the veal blanquette, classic and satisfying, exactly as we like it. The duck confit cassoulet-style was superb, rich and generous without being heavy. Special mention must also go to the stuffed cabbage rolls, with a perfectly seasoned half-pork, half-beef filling, expertly cooked, and served with a truly delicious sauce. The desserts are equally impressive: an ultra-smooth and decadent chocolate mousse, and a simple yet incredibly effective tarte tatin. In short: honest cuisine, quality ingredients, a true mastery of the classics, and a friendly atmosphere. We are delighted to have discovered this restaurant—and we will definitely return.
