A flawless experience, from the warm welcome for drinks to the generous homemade dessert, not to mention the excellent service and the high quality of the food. This restaurant is highly recommended!

I only ate there once, invited by a friend last weekend. The welcome seemed rather lukewarm, even a bit cold. As for the food, it was decent overall. I had a burger with homemade fries. I thought it was a shame there wasn't more sauce and onions, as that would have added more flavor and made it more substantial. The meat was good, with a quality base, but the portion seemed a bit small. If you have a big appetite, it might be enough. On the other hand, the prices are reasonable for the area. In short: an okay experience, nothing more, with the welcome and service needing improvement and the portions being a bit small.

Very friendly welcome, lovely terrace to enjoy the sun - we tried the hamburgers and the porcini ravioli - everything was very good and a special mention for the chestnut crème brûlée for dessert.

Cafe de la Fontaine

01/04/2026: I had lunch on the sunny terrace with my boyfriend and we had a wonderful time. I ordered the veal tartare, which was absolutely delicious with its little base of white bread—a delightful surprise I hadn't expected—and then the pollack meunière, which was also very good. The service was smooth, and it was a simple yet refreshing experience compared to what you usually find on the coast. I hope to come back soon when I'm next in the south.
01/04/2026: I had lunch at Café de la Fontaine today and it was incredible: a sunny terrace and a fantastic new menu (the menu changes regularly). The pointed cabbage as a starter was delicious, then I had the chicken supreme with mashed potatoes and morel sauce, which was really excellent. The wine list by the glass is very interesting: there are more expensive bottles available by the glass, so I hope to come back one evening to enjoy a drink and treat myself to dessert!
