Excellent restaurant in the heart of Bourg-en-Bresse. Carefully prepared, high-quality dishes and daily specials at a great price. Bistro atmosphere.

Today, a bouillabaisse menu for this Marseillais (myself included), a test for this restaurant we've enjoyed for several years. This culinary experience was a return to my childhood, when my mother prepared this traditional dish with love and passion. All the flavors unfolded beautifully. Under new ownership since early February 2026, this is exactly the kind of place I like to go to, everyone is friendly, the food is top-notch and you can eat there quickly at lunchtime, perfect!
