Ideally located, this cafe has reasonable prices, serves food at all hours and always has croissants. The service is friendly, and it's the ideal place for those who want to eat inexpensively. We could criticize its location and its tourist clientele, but as an Annecian, I come very often. What you find there at any time becomes very rare, and the view from this café is simply magical.

The space is comfortable, I like the atmosphere, The employees are friendly and kind. But the only problem is the toilets which are not well sanitized due to the large number of customers coming in and out. But in my opinion, it is something fundamental and to which we must pay more attention.

We came twice in the morning on a weekend, we were served quickly, good coffee, good hot chocolate, croissants, we were well received, everything was impeccable.

après une bonne balade dans le froid et le brouillard, nous sommes rentrés dans ça café pour nous réchauffer en prenant un chocolat...
on est en pleine fête, allez hop...un.chocolat viennois...
et ben, quel délice..un chocolat qui a en plus le goût de chocolat...

In a word: Warm! A real favorite! This little bar in Annecy is a gem. The staff is incredibly friendly with a smile and caring. The cocooning atmosphere with its mountain touches is perfect for relaxing after a stroll in the city. Special mention for their waffles: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, delicious! And what about Viennese chocolate? Creamy and comforting, it is simply perfect. I will come back without hesitation! :)
