I'm lucky enough to work with them every day, and we love how responsive Xabi, the logistics manager, is 😄 We barely ordered before our order arrived! Special mention for the desert tea… a real gem ☕✨

21/08/2026: I had a good time, the staff are friendly, the people are nice and there are quite a few machines.
18/08/2026: Thank you for the courage and kindness of the waitstaff (Jean Baptiste, Pascale, Aïa). It was incredible in a magnificent setting. The desserts were excellent, and so was the food!! Thank you all ❤️

08/08/2026: This is my third time back for lunch, and this time without my wife, who was busy with family responsibilities. Everything is made on-site, so you have to arrive early because the dishes sell out very quickly. They offer regional dishes, with an Asian twist on reimagined Bánh Mì. The menu changes daily depending on what's available at the market. The establishment is enjoying great and well-deserved success. In the evening, we dine at Pluviôse, the small Basque grill, or Arotzenia, but lunch is sacred—it's Bocata.
