The tarte flambée is very good. I didn't even have time to take a picture of the different ones before they were all gone. The staff were very welcoming and brave in this exceptional heatwave. A big thank you!

This is the second time we've eaten at Le Caveau de l'Escale. The daily special was excellent. The waitresses were very pleasant and attentive. Good value for money. Congratulations to all the staff, keep up the good work!

Great food, lovely service, a wonderful evening – I was thrilled, nothing more needs to be said. The meal took a while because it was freshly cooked. There were 10 of us men, and we were all delighted. 😊

We received a warm welcome from the very friendly woman from Lucerne, who looked after us throughout the evening. The menu offers a wide selection of regional dishes of excellent quality. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Le Clos de la Garenne

29/07/2026: La Garenne is fantastic! During a dinner, I had the pleasure of enjoying this sublime terrace with its breathtaking view of Saverne and the surrounding area. The meal was truly delicious, with high-quality dishes from appetizer to dessert. I highly recommend this place, and if you have the chance to enjoy the terrace, you won't be disappointed!
28/07/2026: We noticed that two dishes were missing their side dish (spaetzels). It would also be better if the bill were made available to the customer a little while before payment, for verification. Thank you, but otherwise everything was perfect.
