Do you know the "Wow" effect? ​​Now I do! The best sauerkraut I've ever had, which goes beyond the simple flavors of sauerkraut; here, you have a true work of art. The cabbage alone is enough. The varied meats give this sublime dish its renowned name. The whole is enhanced by its presentation and accompanied by a Munster sauce that truly lives up to its name. What can I say about my wife's dish? Creation, invention, sublimation... simply a marvel in their own way. The few adjectives I've noted are just a glimpse of this dish, which you won't find anywhere else, and which I'll let you discover for yourself. I finished with a small chocolate mousse on melon ice cream, which only added to my opinion, which reflects only a part of our experience. The final touch that definitively completes this wonderful meal: a bill that was more than reasonable for all the work done to delight the customer. Both in terms of taste and price. Impeccable service, the owner and waitress were very pleasant, and the ambiance and decor were splendid. It's an hour and twenty minutes from our home, which we'll gladly make to come back and try another dish. Thank you for proving that the love put into the cooking is reflected in the food.

As part of our seminar, we had the pleasure of dining at this authentic Alsatian Binchstub and we have wonderful memories of it. The dishes were particularly generous and delicious, perfectly showcasing Alsatian cuisine. The welcome was very warm, with a smiling and friendly team who made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. The service was quick, efficient, and attentive throughout the meal, with staff who took excellent care of our group. Finally, the prices are quite reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. A truly excellent restaurant that we highly recommend!
