We just spent an evening at your restaurant, and everything was absolutely perfect. The dishes were original, delicious, and perfectly seasoned (the lamb curry was exceptional). The tableware was beautiful and unique. The service was exceptional, a rare find these days, and the wine was served at just the right time with helpful advice that led us to discover an excellent wine. Thank you also for the thoughtful gesture on my husband's birthday. We will definitely be back.

A good choice in Saverne. Reservations are recommended. They're open later in the evening, but food orders are usually taken by 8:15 pm. 8:30 pm is possible by arrangement. A nice selection of traditional dishes. The wine and beer selection is very good, including draft, bottled, and open wines. The desserts are delicious. Out of 8 people, 2 rated the main course as 2- to 3+ on a scale of 1 to 5 (on a scale of 1 to 6, with 1 being the best). Therefore, overall, "only" 4 stars for the food. Absolutely top-notch service: quick, friendly, helpful, and German-speaking.

Everything was excellent, undoubtedly the best tarte flambée and sauerkraut I've had in the area, even though I've been living here for several months! And a very surprising clafoutis for dessert, almost a crumble, but no less delicious.

A delightful discovery! A truly authentic Alsatian restaurant that's not a tourist trap! Excellent atmosphere and the owner is wonderful! Very good food! The cellar is superb and tastefully decorated. Well done to you and your team! I look forward to returning someday!

A superb experience. I recommend the tarte flambée and the vegetable salad: delicious! Flavors I'd never tried before that went together perfectly. All the tartes are €12, a very reasonable price considering the generous portions. They know what they're doing! I hope you keep it up! We'll be back as soon as we can!

Our food, service, and atmosphere were great. BUT: there was no toilet paper in the ladies' restroom at lunchtime! Unfortunately, you only notice this when you try to tear off a sheet from the large roll that's attached to a big cabinet. It's not visible from the outside. When I complained, I received the curt reply that the restrooms are checked every morning.

Excellent and exceptional Alsatian cuisine. Lots of braised dishes and, of course, tarte flambée. Reservations are essential, or at least arrive early.

20/09/2026: We finally had the chance to try this restaurant, and it was a pleasant surprise. The food is good, and the cellar has a very nice, unique atmosphere. The service was also friendly. We had a lovely evening there, which is what really matters.
14/09/2026: Lovely little restaurant located on the canal. Simple menu with good value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were impressed by their smiles and professionalism! The young man who looked after our table was clearly passionate about his work! The portions were very generous and delicious! We even mopped up our sauces! A great find! We highly recommend this restaurant.

20/10/2026: We had a wonderful time at the restaurant.
12/10/2026: I only gave 3 stars for the service because, unlike previous visits, the service seemed complicated, apart from the young waiters who were very attentive. The poached egg in the starter was overcooked. As for the main course, the beef, it was perfect. Otherwise, it's always very good.
