Kudos to the kitchen for this superb menu, quality ingredients and top-notch presentation. Unfortunately, I'm giving it 3 stars because the service didn't live up to the food. Both the organization and the customer service were lacking.

Beautiful hotel with excellent cuisine. Great service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully situated on a hill overlooking the city. Highly recommended.

The place is always beautiful with a lovely view. The service was very pleasant – sometimes a little slow – but we had plenty of time. The Langatte rib-eye steak was excellent, and the accompanying vegetables were delicious.

A delightful culinary discovery, but we were disappointed by the service: the waiter stepped on the woman next to us's scarf without picking it up, we had to ask for the side dish, we shared one bread roll between us, the waiter (always the same one) banged on our chair without apologizing, and we were offered the dessert menu even though we had a set menu that included dessert.

The food was good, but the plates arrived lukewarm, even cold. The glasses of wine arrived when the main courses were almost finished (despite reminding the waiter)... a shame. The wait between the appetizers and the main course was too long. Good value for money (generous portions).

Excellent restaurant with a very original €27 set menu: asparagus crème brûlée, activated charcoal pizza, for example. Quick service, little waiting between courses. Attentive waiters who regularly check that we have everything we need. Pleasant atmosphere. The only downside was seeing the waitress open the window wide at 2 pm while we were having our coffee, and it was 14°C outside... We were eventually brought the bill without even being asked, and the waitress quickly arrived with the credit card machine. We understood that at 2 pm, it was time for us to leave...

15/05/2026: A very appealing establishment. The best tarte flambée in the region. Go there, you really won't be disappointed. Plus, the staff and owners are incredibly friendly.
05/05/2026: What a wonderful experience this dinner was! A very warm welcome from the charming owner ("Snow White" 😉), excellent cuisine (flammekueche, spätzle, baekeoffe, faufilet, desserts), a very pretty setting (a vaulted room, decorated with care and personal touches)... highly recommended!

25/05/2026: I discovered this place by chance because the traditional, down-to-earth restaurants in the village were completely booked – and ended up being pleasantly surprised. The food was truly excellent and of high quality. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant, although for a €79 menu, the decor is a bit basic. With drinks, you're looking at almost €100 per person. Tip: Definitely check out the lunch menu! It's available until 3 pm and is significantly more affordable – perfect for getting acquainted with the cuisine.
22/05/2026: We invited my 90-year-old mother. It was an exceptional experience. The welcome was warm and professional. Jean-Baptiste and Emmanuelle were radiant, smiling, and efficient. They were attentive to their customers in just the right way. The meal was a truly exceptional journey for the eyes and the palate. Each dish was beautiful and crafted with great finesse. The flavors burst in the mouth, creating a beautiful harmony. Fresh, local, and high-quality ingredients were used whenever possible. The chef even came to chat with us. Pure class. A restaurant not to be missed. An experience! The experience! Thank you to the entire team. Christian and Barbara
