A superb discovery during my visit to the city; everything was perfect, from the service to the food. I thoroughly enjoyed the beef bourguignon. The welcome was very pleasant. For such high-quality service, I even found the price more than reasonable.

If you want to sample authentic Burgundian cuisine, this is the place to be. The ‘oeufs en meurette’ and the ‘boeuf bourguignon’ are exquisite. The service is also very friendly and efficient. The restaurant is also very atmospheric, especially downstairs, where you sit in the vaulted ceilings.

A 10/10 welcome from the owner and his team, an excellent meal, and top-notch wines. The setting is magnificent and full of charm. A must-visit in Burgundy; we will definitely return when we are in the area. Greetings from Neuchâtel!

This was our first time at this restaurant during our visit to Beaune… The setting is magnificent… The venison steak was excellent, and the portions were generous. A lovely evening in a beautiful place… The prices are a bit high, but the setting and the cuisine are truly exceptional.

A fantastic welcome, excellent waiters and waitresses, and exquisite cuisine 👌👍 Not to mention the relaxing atmosphere. We had a wonderful and very enjoyable time. Just passing through, but we'll be back. See you soon!

Coming from Chalon, it was our first time at this establishment, and it was a pleasant surprise. I wouldn't say everything was perfect, but almost. The service, the food, and the wine cellar were all superb. The price might be a tad high, but for two set menus (starter, main course, and dessert), two drinks, and two glasses of wine, it's honestly worth it. Don't hesitate to try it for yourself, but I would tell you to go without hesitation.

20/04/2026: I am afraid that I don't have similar experience than other reviews. The service we had was unfortunately not as good as I read from here. I rarely, if it was not the first, had the same wine glass for white and red. The meals were tasty especially the dessert. The worst surprise was that I found out after leaving Beaune that I paid 132.4€ rather than 123.4€ written on the bill. It was probably unintentional but yeah rather disappointed.
19/04/2026: An intimate and soothing setting combined with refined cuisine made from fresh produce, which is what you would expect from a restaurant.
