A €20 lunch menu with a choice of two starters, two main courses and/or cheese, and dessert. It's very, very good. Homemade fries, excellent beef, perfect deviled eggs... and impeccable service. I was pleasantly surprised!

We had to wait a bit in the crowd, but after that, everything was perfect. The pulled pork is highly recommended, and the local IPA is also delicious. And wonderful in the sun.

Small restaurant in the city center, the menu is nice. The dishes are good but not extraordinary. The service is a little chaotic, I had to ask twice to get a pitcher of water. The prices are average.

If you’re searching for an authentic French bistrot experience in Beaune, Le Chevalier is a brilliant choice. Located right in front of the parc, its setting is both charming and convenient. On a particularly busy night, the staff impressed with their **quick, professional service**, remaining dynamic and focused throughout. We enjoyed the “Piece de bœuf sauce Epoisse,” a tender steak with a rich cheese sauce, which was absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were generous, and the flavors spot-on — not a single bite was left behind! The kids had burgers, which were also well-prepared and thoroughly enjoyed. The wine selection complemented our meal perfectly, adding to the overall enjoyment. To finish, the **Fondant au Chocolat** was a standout: decadent, beautifully presented, and the ideal way to wrap up dinner. Overall, Le Chevalier is a wonderful reflection of French bistrot dining: excellent food, superb wine, a great location, and attentive service even on a busy evening. **Highly recommended!**
