Excellent homemade food with very good service. We recommend it.

A lovely discovery. Very pleasant waiter, generous and flavorful dishes, homemade fries (quite rare!), and reasonable prices. Perfect.

We were quickly ushered inside, having booked for 9 pm. The servers were very pleasant and the atmosphere was welcoming. However, be aware that the dining room is quite narrow; the servers had difficulty clearing some tables. The food was the second positive aspect of the evening: we ordered a flank steak and a chicken supreme Gaston Gérard, which were served quickly, in generous portions, and of good quality. The fries and their accompanying sauces (pepper and homemade mayonnaise) were particularly noteworthy. On the other hand, a major drawback was the desserts: at 9 pm, the restaurant announced that they were out of chocolate mousse (which, let's be honest, is the signature dessert here, and the reason we chose this restaurant over others). Apparently, it had melted (it was a winter night with temperatures around 1 degree Celsius outside...) and was unusable. How do they manage in the summer? So we each ordered a "caramel" cream, but we each finished our plates thinking there clearly wasn't enough caramel to go with the cream (even though caramel makes up half the name of the dessert). €62 for 2 people: 1 main course, 1 dessert each

The food was amazing. That wasn't planned. The waiter was a nice guy. What a fantastic place.

A must-visit on Saturdays! With a nod to my Grandpa Gaston Girard by choosing the "Gaston Gérard" dish 🥰 and unlimited St Nectaire cheese, simply amazing!

Classic dishes, nothing particularly exciting. Few vegetarian options. I ordered the ravioli gratin, which I couldn't finish; it was quite a large portion.

Excellent meal, special mention to Gabin for the superb service!
