Authentic, ambient French atmosphere with authentic, amazing French food. The best cassoulet that my dad (who loves cassoulet and therefore has tried many) has ever eaten. Highly recommend a visit!

08/05/2026: If you want an excellent cassoulet, go to David's! It's one of the best cassoulets I've ever eaten, although quite peppery. Reservations are necessary.

26/05/2026: An excellent place! I'm always on the lookout for authentic spots, and Moulin Vert is a wonderful discovery. We had a fantastic meal! The grilled meats are simply excellent, with top-quality meat cooked to perfection. The service is also top-notch: the team is welcoming, efficient, and attentive. A major plus for sunny days: their small terrace/patio, a true haven of peace, incredibly pleasant and intimate in the summer. It's the ideal place to spend a great time enjoying a delicious meal. A really cool place that I highly recommend!
