Without a reservation, we still managed to snag a table just in time. This place seems quite popular, and it's easy to see why! The staff is incredibly kind. Let the owner guide you in choosing your wine. The pan-seared beef tartare with St. Nectaire sauce and the mirabelle plum clafoutis were a real treat! All this in a very pleasant setting. The food is excellent and the restaurant is very nice, so I recommend it for the food. The only slight downside is that the waitress spoke very softly, so we couldn't hear what she was saying and it didn't make us feel at ease. The waiter, on the other hand, was much more welcoming.

Passing through St Flour, Geneviève's place was a wonderful discovery! The food, the service, everything was perfect. We will gladly return next year.

Recommended by the tattoo artist in Saint-Flour, we have absolutely no regrets! The welcome is very warm and the dishes are refined. We left the table feeling satisfied! Special mention for the side dishes: while meat is often paired with rice or pasta, here the cuisine reinvents classic dishes with simple yet perfectly executed ingredients (lentils, bulgur, etc.). Definitely a place not to be missed! First tip: make a reservation, it's very often full. The cuisine is truly local, beautifully presented, and the service is excellent too! A real treat during our stop in Saint-Flour, which we discovered at the same time! Thank you to the chef and the entire team at this restaurant for this wonderful meal!

We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes (the tripe shank and the steak tartare were particularly well prepared) as well as the desserts. The waiter was very friendly and took the time to chat with the customers. The setting is pleasant. One minor drawback: it's indicated on the entrance door that restaurant vouchers are accepted (a sign is affixed to the door), but at the till, when it comes time to pay, a small sign indicates that payment by restaurant voucher is temporarily unavailable. The waiter explained that the owner has thousands of euros in unpaid bills from the restaurant voucher companies. I've used my restaurant voucher card hundreds of times, and this is the first time I've heard of such a thing. They should at least remove the sign on the entrance door. Apart from that, everything was fine.
