We were looking forward to our dinner with you based on a recommendation. Ordered the veal dish and the outside crumb was burnt and the veal so dry inside. I did send it back and the lovely staff had it replaced but your chef should never have sent put the dish as it was. No music when we turned up and there was zero atmosphere to say we were a little disappointed. Staff service was excellent and friendly.

The terrace is situated on a fairly busy square in the city center. There is ample shade thanks to the large parasols. A menu du jour is offered which is perhaps attractively priced. We ate à la carte. The chicken dish was satisfactory, but the tuna dish was less so. The overcooked tuna was served on some warmed-up, tasteless rice. There is an extensive wine list, but a simple pichet is priced far too high. For me, not a worthy recommendation as described in Michelin.

Very good. Fast and high-quality service. One small drawback: the chicken supreme and its garnish were a little small in quantity. (For a man).

A wonderful experience. The food is delicious, the cooking is excellent, and the menu changes frequently. The staff is very friendly. If you're ever in Gaillac, you absolutely must try it!

A little disappointed. There was a piece of packaging in the rice of the seared tuna, and the tuna itself was slightly overcooked.

This was our fifth visit to this restaurant, and we can only praise the creativity of the dishes as well as the precision of the cooking and seasoning. The service is very friendly and efficient. A must in the area for locals and visitors alike.

09/04/2026: Passing through Gaillac, I ate there one evening and at lunchtime. In the evening, they offer a variety of well-prepared tapas in a warm atmosphere. At lunchtime, there's a wide selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. It's truly excellent and generous. The welcome is warm, typical of the Southwest. Two brothers run their restaurant. They are friendly, smiling, and professional. A nice wine list... from Gaillac, of course. I highly recommend this well-run restaurant. A great place to eat in Gaillac. Thank you to the two brothers for their kindness.
