Today's meal was absolutely fabulous. I left feeling full and delighted. The playlist was random, but it didn't detract from the enjoyment of the food. And they even had Pino d'Angio, so everything was perfect. Really great!

A very good restaurant, where the taste buds are surprised and delighted, top-notch service, a place you must stop! Also worth discovering is the magnificent wine cellar.

We ate upstairs because of the heat. The room was air-conditioned and ventilated. We had an excellent charcuterie and cheese board to share. The homemade butter was exceptionally flavorful, served with fig jam. For our main course, we had the fish of the day: perfectly cooked tuna with candied vegetables, including melon 🤩. The chicken supreme was very good with a homemade sauce and a surprising truffle and Parmesan crumble. And what can I say about the Milanese veal cutlet? An extra-large piece served with a wonderfully delicious cream sauce. Pickles, small capers, and a salad, all perfectly seasoned. I loved this combination of flavors, even though I don't usually like capers. For dessert… The profiteroles with vanilla Chantilly cream and a chocolate 🤪 elevated this dessert. Despite its size, it was light. The giant rum baba topped with homemade Chantilly cream 😋 was incredibly flavorful. The cheese platter was excellent, generous, and varied, accompanied by a surprisingly delightful red wine (a Gaillac Le Causse Marines). A truly excellent, welcoming, and highly professional establishment. Excellent value for money. Thank you for this wonderful and enjoyable experience.

A wonderful address in Gaillac. Perfect welcome and service, refined homemade cuisine, fresh produce, and meticulous presentation. A complete menu for €23 is simply incredible! A feat that deserves nothing but praise, all in the heart of the Gaillac market. The wine list is equally impressive, and the owner is incredibly attentive, ensuring a delightful experience. Go there!

We had a lovely time at this restaurant. I ordered a burger which was very good, with homemade mayonnaise and homemade fries. My steak was just slightly undercooked (I had asked for it rare). The waitresses were very friendly. I didn't give it 5 stars because we found it a bit pricey, but it's definitely a good place!

We received a warm welcome, and the food was good: what more could you ask for?

Visited in May 2024 (the review hadn't been published...) Simply excellent. I've never been disappointed. It had been a while since our last visit, and nothing had changed except the interior, which had been renovated with a view of the kitchen. It's still excellent, nothing to complain about. Another visit for our 10th wedding anniversary on July 30th: Still nothing to complain about. Still just as good, and the staff is very attentive... A must-try and a place to return to without hesitation.
