This was our fifth visit to this restaurant, and we can only praise the creativity of the dishes as well as the precision of the cooking and seasoning. The service is very friendly and efficient. A must in the area for locals and visitors alike.

Beautiful presentation, the meat was excellent, and the portions were generous. In short, perfect, I will return with great pleasure. Please note, do not confuse this with "Chez Fernande". 09/04/2026: Passing through Gaillac, I ate there one evening and at lunchtime. In the evening, they offer a variety of well-prepared tapas in a warm atmosphere. At lunchtime, there's a wide selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. It's truly excellent and generous. The welcome is warm, typical of the Southwest. Two brothers run their restaurant. They are friendly, smiling, and professional. A nice wine list... from Gaillac, of course. I highly recommend this well-run restaurant. A great place to eat in Gaillac. Thank you to the two brothers for their kindness.
