Superb typically Basque restaurant where you are welcomed as at home with smiles and delicious and very generous dishes! I highly recommend with a group of friends, but in a small group it also works. Very nice wine list and special mention for the homemade sangria!

Chez Mattin feels like one of those places you just stumble upon and instantly know you’re in for something special.
There's no fixed menu here, it’s all about what’s fresh from the market that day. This means every visit is a little different, with dishes that are both locally rooted and adventurous. We tried some truly unforgettable plates, from fresh seafood to creative spins on classic Basque flavors.

Very good food, but they have quite a few dishes off the menu that they tell you by voice and without information on the price and this limits being able to choose calmly and knowing what it will cost you. For hygiene reasons, a tablecloth or placemat was missing, even if it was made of paper.

Excellent à tous points de vue : une cuisine créative (pavé de thon rouge et foie gras poêlé, tartelette de lotte fumée et oignons...). Accueil chaleureux et sans chichis. Produits de qualité et excellents. Nous y avons dîné 2 soirs de suite...et aurions bien aimé y venir une troisième fois !!! Bravo !
