Chez Mattin sur Ciboure

28/12/2023: Very good restaurant, we loved our starters and our main courses, a little less our desserts (very good despite everything). The service is impeccable, the setting is charming and the prices are very reasonable given the quality.

19/11/2023: A great team! Really good dishes! From the trout gravlax, to the crab-guacamole salad, the scallops and their prawn risotto, the sole….to the rum baba…delicious!!! But honestly, what potential to manage delicate situations in the middle of a rush!!! (I made the mistake of booking around 11:00 on Google, when we arrived at 1:30 p.m. reservation in hand, the waiter made us feel that it was full and that we were not expected…nothing say, he turned around and found a solution for us in 15 seconds, right in front of people who had booked by phone, THANK YOU!!!). And what's more, he apologizes for the wait even though it was frankly acceptable...unheard of. Very nice limit 🙃 Another waiter, who also went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy, always had a kind word for our little boy. And when it was necessary to intervene with a lady smoking her cigar on the covered terrace, they did not wait for me to get up to make her understand that it was incorrect, especially with a little child of 2 years old. 1/2. Hats off to you, thank you for your education and your sense of respect! We'll come back, but in the meantime we'll talk about you! A small family who drove 1 hour 20 minutes and had a great time! THANKS!
