Don't miss this iconic and welcoming restaurant if you're in Ciboure! The traditional cuisine is delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. The staff is very attentive and kind. They've been preparing their traditional specialty, "Ttorro" (similar to a fish and seafood stew), for over five decades. It was absolutely delicious, as was everything else I tried (including the desserts, of course). I discovered this place thanks to the program about the French Basque Country, "Viajeros Cuatro," which aired in July of this year on the Spanish television channel Cuatro (attention, Ms. Celine!!). I can assure you it lives up to its reputation. Reservations are highly recommended.

How could anyone not love this wonderful restaurant, one of the best in Ciboure? We've been coming back for three years now during our holidays. Everything is perfect: the warm welcome from the owner, the Basque setting, and what can I say about the marvelous dishes they prepare? Incredible flavors and friendly service. Special mention for the bluefin tuna with warm foie gras. Absolutely divine. Go without hesitation!

A last-minute reservation, a free table, and the chance to discover a superb establishment like yours. Excellent service, even though the restaurant was full that evening, delicious food, and a lovely surprise from you during our meal.

This restaurant was on our list of great places, and we were so keen to stay in this coastal town while planning our itinerary. The warmth, friendliness, and beauty of all the staff shine through in every corner of the place. The taste and care put into the food are also a delight. The walls, photographs, and books create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The wonderful Basque seafood soup was a little salty for me, but so delicious that we licked the plate clean. We missed ordering the soufflé early. Celine was so sweet and helpful; she showed us the dishes she had served to other tables while we were choosing, explaining the details and showing great interest. Thank you so much!

A very warm welcome; the owner took a genuine interest in us and was happy to explain her evening menu – she's truly passionate about her work! A memorable evening during our vacation, with generous and beautifully presented dishes. Local produce cooked to perfection, just the way we like it! We can't wait to go back.

An excellent restaurant. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding. A great variety of unique flavors. Excellent service and delightful staff. Today we had two brilliant daily specials and some very good traditional dishes. A very, very, very good restaurant.
